I am looking for information on using Apitherapy for carpal tunnel symptoms.
Marilyn(at AAS) suggested joining the api-list. I’m not sure if I’m in the right place.
Yes, BVT (Bee Venom Therapy) may help, but you need to find first a specialist in this method in your area.
Where do you live exactly?
I have four beehives and have had them for several years. While working with my hive I inadvertently got stung on my ,to my surprise I received relief form my arthritis in my hand. Most recently I have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson’s, possibly secondary to.Gulf War syndrome, once agin while working with my hives, I got stung in my forehead, my PD symptoms temporarily improved. Since then I have been trying to locate an apitherapist who could aid me with bee venom injection. I reside in an agricultural community in Louisiana. It is located about 130 miles north of New Orleans , and same distance south of Shreveport. Neither my neurologist, herboligist or acupuncturist has been able to assist me. Could you please give me some resources to help me locate some resources.
Yes, the bees can definetly help your health!
First step you need to do, to find the nearest apitherapist, is to join the AAS (American Apitherapy Society) at http://www.apitherapy.org
AAS has a Network list with volunteers that are willing to share their experience with the people in need.
Let me know in let’s say 2 weeks from now if you got any help.
